5 Ways To Practice Mindfulness





  1. Take a few moments each day to focus on your breathing. Concentrate on the air as it enters and leaves your body, and notice how it feels.

  2. Practice body scans. Start at your toes and work your way up, focusing on each body part for a few moments. Notice how each part of your body feels.

  3. Take a daily walk or jog in nature and take the time to notice your surroundings – the breeze on your skin, the sounds of the birds and the trees, the way the sun feels on your face.

  4. Try some yoga or stretching. Take your time and be mindful as you move through each pose.

  5. Keep a gratitude journal and write down a few things each day that you’re grateful for.
